Abstract

   There are different political systems in each country following the level of civilization it has reached in building political institutions. 

This diversity of political systems requires from the specialists in the constitutional law and political systems to present studies and researches that provide informational source which could help in developing a new Iraqi political system.  This study about the political systems in Australia and Canada represents an attempt to that end.
